Blue and gold and red, you dancing flame You dot the floorboards of my heart with singes You brand on it a drumbeat and it cringes Your every motion meanwhile makes its claim. Over and over again, each time's the same, You make your round and I go down by inches, The doorway in still has you for its hinges. And I don't care what you think, you're to blame. In a world of mirrors, what's there to reflect? I glance into the glass and see a chance To get a new glimpse with another glance Again, again, again. In this respect The truth remains delayed. Can you perfect Machinery built far beyond advance? A mirror's surface, height of all romance, Goes on, its reputation left unchecked. For no one doubts a thing that never lies, And no one ever wants to damage it; Why should we try to end the mirror's reign? We haunt the tears in our own gloomy eyes, Enamored of the dark in which we sit. Renouncing all we know, what would we gain?

The sight and smell of autumn fin'lly come, An owl swinging on a necklace chain Only serve to remind me of my pain (drilled into me so deeply that I'm numb), Are only there to show me just how dumb I really am. It comes as no surprise that I'm depressed. I sink my heavy bucket in the well If love were water, it'd be Maggie-less My bucket's bottom's broke and hard to fill. But love's not water. If it were, I'd drink And drink until I'd made you come back round. But if you came around again, I think There is a possibility I'd drown. How could we resurrect a love so brief That, barely touched, was toppled and destroyed? Even if it were really love, the grief You gave me when you left would kill my joy. I can no more regain my futile hopes Than I can you. Still, mem'ries bind like ropes.

I saw you, you me. Thus I became A thing that was observed. Therefore, a thing. No nothingness, not anymore. Trifling Though you might think that is, you knew my name And when you said it, love, you laid your claim. But we're as sep'rate now as scissored string. The two-faced love that nested here took wing, And left with me the secret of its shame. (And you're on roads that never will meet mine, So I must burn to ash the things you gave, The sacred and profane chapters we wrote. What would have aged in joy died on the vine, The love that saved me has its early grave. But if I thought you'd mourn, I'd cut my throat.)

Oh look at who's been lurking. Not a word? Waiting for me to shuffle off, now, are we? You'd better not be. I won't leave. The nerve! To linger after I last called you 'darling'! I understand what passion truly is now, To take a soured love and feel it strongly My calling it love's sure to lift an eyebrow Perhaps to name it thusly, names it wrongly. Outside, it is raining. Inside I sip coffee. Vanilla-flavored. It would suit the sound Of your Virginian accent. Miss you awfully. As I do every time you're not around. I'd like to pour another cup, fine China, And pass it down the table to your hands I'd live even in distant Carolina If life in Carolina gave that chance. Sometimes, I will admit, my thoughts are thrilling, And we are star-crossed lovers being bold. But mostly my mind finds it more fulfilling To picture fixing hot drinks when we're cold. I'm not so sure I like this frosty weather, But know I'd love it if we were together.

We'll never be together now, now, will we? How could two people join at such a distance A sea of feigned indiff'rence, my insistence Upon which, while I need it, just might kill me. This is the name of a magazine published monthly in Japan that is devoted to Takarazuka (unsurprisingly).  I long for many back and current issues of it but at the moment I am restricted to buying them on eBay.  ^_^;  So, I take what I can get. I made a list of issues I want.  Since I use my dA blog more than LJ for some inexplicable reason, I am putting it here, both because I joy while typing it out and because I want a list handy online when I browse the internet.  Thus I will edit this as I acquire copies, or see new issues I long for. Takarazuka owns my heart, soul and wallet right now.  For those of you who don't know, it's a Japanese troupe in which all the roles are played by women and everything is pretty, sparkly and romantic.  I already have an ever-growing fondness for European musicals (Romeo and Juliet, Elisabeth, and Rebecca, to name just a few; and they just started doing a show based off Pandora's Box, called Lulu, which stars two of my favorite actors and THAT is AWESOME).  But Takarazuka is something else. My name is Pia and I'd like to ask something. I am one of the leaders of Project Misery.

is a group in witch we collect all kinds of art with the theme of abuse. We hope to make a movie with those deviations and put it on YT and wherever we can.
